The ASSP Deluxe Email Interface lets you manage anti-spam functions by sending emails from your domain-based email account (e.g., user@clientdomain.com). Replace clientdomain.com with your actual domain in all commands below. Ensure emails are sent via your SMTP server with authentication enabled. Below are the key commands and instructions for use.

  1. Report Undetected Spam (assp-spam@clientdomain.com):
    • Purpose: Report spam emails that reached your inbox.
    • How to Use: Forward the spam email to assp-spam@clientdomain.com.
      • Preferably forward as an attachment to preserve headers; inline forwarding is also allowed.
      • Remove any auto-added signatures from the forwarded email.
    • Result: You’ll receive a confirmation email, and ASSP will learn to block similar spam.
