To report a spam message to enhance our mail server's anti-spam performance, you can either delete it or take action by reporting it. Here's how:
- Forward the spam email as an attachment to assp-spam@yourdomain.tld, replacing "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.
- Send the email.
Important: You must use our outgoing mail server to submit spam reports. Reports sent via your ISP's SMTP server will not be accepted. Whitelisted emails will bypass all filters when the whitelist is reloaded on our mail server(s). For more details, refer to the SPAM/ASSP help files in cPanel.
