To report a legitimate email mistakenly placed in your spambox to our mail server, follow these steps:
- Forward the email as an attachment to assp-notspam@yourdomain.tld, replacing "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.
- Send the email.
Important: You must use our outgoing mail server to submit not-spam reports. Submissions sent via your ISP's SMTP server will not be accepted. Once the whitelist is reloaded on our mail server(s), the whitelisted email will bypass all filters. For more details, check the SPAM/ASSP help files in cPanel.
