To whitelist an entire domain, follow these steps:
- Send an email to assp-white@yourdomain.tld, replacing "yourdomain.tld" with your actual domain name.
- In the subject line, enter "add to whitelist."
- In the body of the email, list the domain(s) to whitelist using the format *@domain.com, with one domain per line (e.g., *@myclient.com, *@myclient2.com). Replace "myclient.com" with the actual domain(s).
- Send the email.
Important: You must use our outgoing mail server for whitelist submissions. Submissions via your ISP's SMTP server will not be accepted. Once the whitelist is reloaded on our mail server, whitelisted emails will bypass all filters. For more details, refer to the SPAM/ASSP help files in cPanel.
